It is unknown what pulled Altuur zok Adon away from the caverns of Kubindi – the Kubaz homeworld – where he was raised. In facr, little is known about Altuur at all, other than the fact that he is a masterfully skilled sniper who appears to value art and literature.
Truthfully blunt but exceedingly secretive, the stranger from Kubindi may not freely offer details about himself, but he will gladly offer assistance to those who ask for it.

Can you equip different armor items on this guy?
Yes, everything except helmets.
Can you wear Altuur’s clothing like can you can wear other companions’ clothing?
Altuur’s starter armor set is Altuur only, so it can’t be equipped for the Outfit Designer. I have yet to find a Cartel Market equivalent (ie. Darth Hexid (Zakuulan Inquisitor), Paxton Rall (Cutthroat Buccaneer)). Dunno about Altuur’s Superior Armor Set (GS level 84). It does use the Cybernetic Pauldron Armor Set chest piece, but everything else is different. Wait and see.
