If the helmet is RD-17A Hellfire then it’s not available from a commendation vendor. It’s a world drop so either you were lucky enough to get a drop or you can try buying it on the GTN.

I got it from a purple lock box bought from the Hoth Commendation Vendor. But yeah, I guess that probably is better classified as a drop, so “World Drop / GTN” is technically a more precise listing for the Helmet.
Also I appear to have spelled Balmorran Hand Cannon Aurek wrong.

That is good info for people to know though. “World Drop” means it can drop from a mob or from a lock box, in this case an artifact quality (purple) one purchased from Hoth Equipment vendor for 24 planetary commendations.
I’ve been wanting that chest so badly but its always in the millions on my server. >.<
