Is there any chance to get it ? (crafting ) ?
Well, you can buy it from someone that learned the schematic prior to it’s removal (it requires level 60 valor though). Usually there’s 3-4 full sets at any given time on TRE’s GTN, dunno how it is on other servers. Otherwise no, you can’t learn to craft it, reverse-engineering the shell doesn’t grant the schematic.
