I was facinated by the idea of continuing a character’s story through different classes, which was an idea I saw here on Tor-Fashion. I do not remember who the original poster was, but man, what a great idea that was!! The post I saw here was about a Mercenary becoming a Jedi. And thus, I decided to continue my dark Jedi’s story through the Sith Warrior story. And it worked!! So, thanks man for this idea.
And now the story of this toon:
Càedes, a pureblood Sith, has been trained as a Jedi from a very young age. She had exceptional skills with the lightsaber but her tendency towards violence and the dark side of the Force always worried her masters. Through the years, the Order always sent her to the most difficult missions and she always got the job done. Which was actually the only reason why the Order never (seriously) questioned her use of the dark side of the Force.
After she defeated Lord Angral and saved Tython, she was accepted into an elite group of Jedi who were planning to defeat the Emperor himself. The strike team went to the Emperor’s hidden base but failed. When Càedes freed herself from the mind control of the Emperor, she found out that one other member of their strike team just fled the hidden base with the help of the Emperor’s Wrath himself!
Càedes eventually managed to escape as well, and traveled back to Tython.
But the Order accused her for doing terrible things during her time when she was under the control of the Emperor and as a result they decided to exile her. Càedes gave her lightsaber to her masters and left the order full of anger and hatred.
After she left Tython, she traveled to several worlds but finally settled on Tatooine where she met Lady of Pain (BH Story) and started working for her as a fighter. Very quickly and thanks to her incredible skills with all kinds of close combat weapons, she became the main attraction in Lady of Pain’s arena fights. She never used the Force during those fights so that no one realized that she was a Force user.
One day, a powerful Sith Lord came to the arena as a special guest of Lady of Pain to watch the fights. He immediately sensed the dark side of the Force in Càedes and after the fights were over, he met her and told her that he has powerful connections within the Sith Order and asked if she would be interested in joining them. And Càedes accepted the offer.
The Sith Lord sent word to Korriban and said a powerful new acolyte was on her way for the trials. And thus Càedes landed on Korriban. She was finally at the home of her ancestors and the dark side of the Force surrounding her, made her even more powerful. The trials were just a child’s play for someone like her who in reality was a fully trained Jedi Knight, but she “played along”. She never told anything to anyone about her past.
She also decided to wear a mask at all times because someone might have recognized her from her old Jedi days. Also, she decided not to use a lightsaber anymore because that weapon was belonging to a period of her life, which she was trying to erase from her memories.

So, the idea is to start a new character as though it is the same person? Damn, that does sound like a good idea. Picking a same-ish name seems to be problematic (in concept). This has nothing to do with the Zabrak you posted a bit ago I am guesing. I should have done this when I was making new ones for Light/Dark/etc.
This armor is weird. I dig it. It’s very tribal. Nice use of white space in that last shot too.

Tribal is 110% the correct word for what I aimed for with this outfit. According to her story, she was an arena fighter on Tatooine for some time, and I wanted to reflect this somehow. So I didn’t use traditional Sith outfit for her (nor Jedi) but tried using pieces that made her look more “savage” or “wild” or “untamed”.
As for the voice change, yes it’s a bit weird but I always disliked her original Jedi voice actually. You know, that soft female voice with a clear American accent wasn’t really fitting well to a pureblood Sith character who was Force choking people to death.
I know that changing her name was also the next logical thing to do. If you leave your past behind and start a new life, you most probably select a new name for you as well. But I didn’t think of a new name, because… ah, you have no idea how lazy I am with names :).

I have some concept of the name picking (Jr.).

Heh, thanks. 🙂

Loved to hear her story along with the pictures. The outfit suits her perfectly and I can vividly picture her as an arena fighter. Very creative and well executed.

Thanks for the kind words :).
