This set comes from Corellia quests and heroic missions. Specifically

  • Helmet: Concierge – Heroic 2+
  • Gloves: Biological Warfare – Heroic 4+
  • Chest: Chasing the Shadow – Heroic 4+
  • Legs: Class quest reward
  • Boots: Reported as the final reward for the Corellia quest chain

Blue bracers for this set are reward from Under New Management Heroic 4

As far as I can tell, this set is identical to the TH-17A Elite War Medic set.

boots do not come from the final planet mission on pub side. you get a choice of green bracers
