Worth noting: The crystals(?) and the electrical arcs on the end don’t change color to match the crystal you slot into it, but any VFX (e.g., the lens flare from activating ravage/master strike) will be affected by your chosen color crystal.

It has been discontinued as in you can’t buy it directly from the Market anymore. You MIGHT get lucky and get it in a Cartel Pack but…That is a seriously stupid gamble. This item isn’t even the only one.
