I was surprised to discover that nobody has created a custom set using the Aspiring Knight’s Vest. Maybe that’s because it has a light brown (tan?) tertiary color that can’t be changed, making it difficult to find a nice color module for this chest-piece. I spent a long time previewing the colors available on the GTN, looking for a secondary color that works with that third color rather than fights with it. Dark Blue / Light Brown works nicely, don’t you think?
I was surprised at that too, especially since I use that top on my guardian. She’s wearing pants though. I do like the look you’ve got here, especially nice use of the dye to try and hide the unchangeable colors. I might try using that dye on my guardian’s outfit, so thx for the idea! : D
You bet! That’s one of the great things that makes this site such a cool place to visit. I get all sorts of inspiration here. There are some extremely creative people posting really good-looking custom sets. Kudos to Exile and Dulfy! without there efforts we’d never be able to see and figure out all these cool outfits.
