Havoc Squad
- Source: Wild Space Explorer’s Pack
“The Havoc Squad, also known as Havoc Squadron, was an elite Republic Special Forces squad of troopers in the army of the Galactic Republic, who fought against the Sith Empire during the Great Galactic War. Originally known as infantry squad 326, Havoc Squad soon gained its name under the leadership of its commander Jace Malcom, and it was later led by Malcom’s executive officer Jek Kardan, Kardan’s protege Harron Tavus, and Meteor. Havoc Squad saw action on many fronts throughout the war, from Ord Mantell to the Battle of Alderaan, and even after the Treaty of Coruscant was signed, thecommandos of Havoc Squad continued to combat Sith threats during the resulting Cold War.” – Wookieepedia: The Star Wars Wiki http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Havoc_Squad

Those boots and greaves are killer. Wish the chest didn’t have a back pack though I’m sure most troopers like it on there.

I think its better then box with antenna anyway. (:

What a wasted potentially good armor. IMHO everything except the boots and legs looks garbage. The helmet is too tall and thin and the visor should be bigger.

Did BioWare ever indicate why they did not put the Republic symbol inside the circle on the shoulders of the chest armor? It’s not like the Unbreakable Veteran armor set that was remodel of level 50 PvP trooper gear to a non-faction specific look. It’s called Havoc Squad armor after all and obviously modeled after one of the trooper armor sets from SWTOR pre-launch trailers that feature the Republic symbol in that spot. And if the answer is that BioWare didn’t want Republic logo gear showing up on Imperial characters I’ll point to the Makeb Assault armor set that is bind-to-legacy and able to be worn on Republic faction characters with its 3 Imperial symbols, two of which are on *gasp* the shoulders!

Cartel Market, I guess. While the Makeb Assault set can be worn by Republic, it can only be bought by Imperial characters. Not the case with this one. Admittedly, with this name, I would rather like it to have the Havoc Squad symbol (not the Republic one, even), though.

You know harbinger from mass effect? Like he says: “Potential wasted.”

I personally love it.

Is anybody selling the chestplate and/or bracers. Need them to complete and it’s one of my fav armor sets!

If anyone is up for selling/trading any/most of the set I would gladly do a lot of things to get it, within reason. I play on the Ebon Hawk and my main is Ateall.

Looks better on a female character then male

This is my favorite armor set in the game, but I can’t afford it ;(

.. Would be great to see what this looks like while using MSM J-37 Jetpack or similar since the Havoc armor has a hardened backpack. See how it meshes.

It meshes well.

Thx good to know.. With that in mind mayhap I will reconsider my current sale of the set on the GTN.

Five years later and not putting the Havoc Squad symbol on the armor literally called HAVOC SQUAD is still dumb as heckin’ fools.
