Indeed, not changed yet I see
The cape on this clips through your arm like you wouldn’t believe whenever you’re running around, regardless of body type. Stay away from this chest piece unless you don’t mind watching your cape disappear into your armpit every half second.
If I could remove that rocket from the back, hmmpff, I wouldn’t mind the slight clipping.

I guess we’ll never get the shoulder pads that it had way back in the GSF launch days when it was first datamined. It’s a shame; those shoulder pads helped cover up some of the weird chest plate layering on the shoulders.
