Non of those outfits are the one. All the “Legs” I have seen have too many things around the waist. The one on the picture is very simple. I think its the best looking but I have never ever seen it until now. Thanks for the help and hopefully i can find out which one it is
Magnificient/Exquisite Dancer is correct answer. Their belts are separate pieces and bottoms don’t have anything around waist.

They are Ulic Qel-Droma’s bracers. Probably combined with The Troublemaker Gloves. Sorry for the late response but I hope it helps any way :).

I tried this outfit and sadly it doesn’t dye as well as in this pic. The person here should of taken a shot in the light 😀 it’s not dark black, it’s like a charcoal and the pieces barely dye.
However, the set she is wearing is Ulic Qel-Droma’s bracers, Trouble Maker gloves, Imperial Top {from Key vendor} Magnificent bottoms and Satele Boots.
