Allegedly this voss dignitary set is only available with some bogus cartel rep, but I picked up a set on the GTN for not that pricey. The voss outfits are a bit tricky to dye because of the weird gray/blue and yellow non-dyeable parts. I picked a medium red/ dark gray which seems to do the trick.
This particular voss outfit is my favorite because it doesn’t have the shoulder doodads or the flap in the back that looks like a butt. Sorry, I’m way too cheap to change my saber crystal every time I swap outfits. I realize the black/purple is most unfortunate.

Funny, I was looking at buying that set for 600k on the GTN but hubby pointed out the whole set is only 60k from the Bazaar vendor.
Wait, you can buy it WITHOUT rep? If so, I’m getting some more sets and not bothering with the unlock in collections.
Just checked, you need the rep. Items from the vendor are BoP too, idk how people are putting them on the gtn.
