The Flashfire was a starfighter in the Galactic Republic which performed in scouting roles. With the possibility of losing its military contracts, Corellia StarDrive refocused its efforts on its line of scout starfighters. Designed without the usual accompaniment of advanced reconnaissance and communication equipment, the nimble scout was made to be more of an offensive ship. Touting the ability to equip quad laser cannons, cluster missiles and reinforced armor, the Flashfire was able to match other scout’s maneuverability and speed but come out ahead with pure power.
