How do you get the bare legs on the miniskirt? Is it the class or bodytype?
Only the preview in the window shows them with covered legs, this is buggy since 4 or 5 patches ago. They are always bare when you wear the skirt. There are three miniskirts that cover the leg: Handmaiden, Beniko, Noble Attendant and two that leave them bare: Naga Sadow, Regal Appearal.
Regal Apparel only leaves them bare on female toons, though. When equipped on male toons, it covers the legs.
