Random drop from champions/elites on Corellia. Purple gear is also craftable from world drop schematics. Belt and bracers are not moddable.

I know that there are three different armor ( battlemind, exampler, and seeker) but which one is best for dps soccerer and assassin?
Well, you could have checked on your own, you can see what stats each set has. Exemplar is for tanks, battlemind is for healers (it has alacrity), that leaves seeker for dps.
