Only the chest piece of this set is orange, the rest are blue. The chest is BoE (Bind on Equip) and can be obtained from Dr. Pammel Tarqus on Dromund Kaas (not a guaranteed drop).

Dr Pammel Tarqus was farmed too much, they nerfed him and he drops only credits now.
