This is Scarlet Strange, based off of the Scarlet Witch from Marvel. This version is based off of the MCU version as depicted at the end of Wandavision and also featured in "Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness".
I am using the 2nd best headpiece in this version. The best headpiece is actually the Ossus Explorer Headgear, which requires Champion reputation with Ossus Assalt Battalion on Imperial side.
