Where to Obtain:
This set of armor is granted by doing the Balmorra Republic heroic quests and bonus series. More specifically
- Head: Mandalorian Terror (H4)
- Chest: Completion of bonus series 1
- Glove: Industrial Sabotage (H2)
- Leg: Justice for the Lost (H4)
- Feet: The Neutralizer (part of bonus series 2)

Is there a class restriction on this set?
Its from the Balmorra heroics so likely only smugglers (scoundrels) can get it.

The picture is incorrect. The actual chest is orange, green, and purple. Big disappointment as I was getting it for my War Hero chest but the real one is fugly. 🙁
