Shigen Oda is an Onderonian noble who grew up serving the throne. When he was was young, he discovered his great talent in the Force and chose to use it as a weapon to serve his throne. With his talents growing, he was promoted to Captain of the Royal Guard in due time. Although generally more Republic aligned, Shingen was discovered by the Sith. The Royal family, believing that he should take the advantage of further training, convinced him to join the Sith. Doing so, he’s sought a lighter path, following his ideals of the beautiful homeworld he grew up on, seeking to protect his people and bring justice to the galaxy. During the conflict on Onderon, Shingen sought to resolve the mess his King had made and bring Onderon back to the former glory it once was.
This outfit was inspired by a random player, as well as my guildmate, who had dyed this top. I absolutely loved the metallic appearance of the chest piece and decided to design my own outfit around it. I wanted something fierce and daunting, but still revolving around the idea that Shingen is Onderonian and a combatant.
