For those who are interested how to make your companion pose with their weapon out. Melee companion, I switched combat stances. Because if she fights a training dummy on Fleet, it is hard to catch, lots of movement and Force effects. Preview window can be used as well.
For ranged companions like Lokin, I think the dummy will do.
One more remark. If you want them looking up, like on the first screenshot, place your character a bit higher (I stood on a speeder).
