Comm Vendors are gone now, so how does one attain the boots and gloves? I have been grinding for months and have only ever gotten the helm, chest, and legs. Appreciate any feedback.

Have you perhaps found a way to obtain the Boots and Gloves? They are the only ones missing from my collection as well.
